Awesome dinner and great service! We arrived just after opening for dinner service and without a reservation, but they were able to get us in on the patio. Very friendly staff, several of which were able to speak english and help translate the menu for us. We started with the Antipasti with Prosciutto, Buffalo Mozzarella, Arugula salad and Bruschetta, which was more than enough for an entree for 2. The proscuitto was delicious and the mozzarella light and creamy. With the complimentary bread, olive oil and balsamic, it was all amazing. For the mains, my wife had the Tuna with smoked mozzarella and eggplant and I chose the stuffed Cannelloni. Both were wonderful - great tasting and generous portions. To end the meal, I had the Tiramisu Speculoos and my wife the Café Gourmand. Both were incredible - the best Tiramisu I've had hands down, and the lemon meringue on the gourmand was a perfect balance of tart and sweet.
With a 1/2 litre of rose, the meal came to a reasonable 82 euros. And to top off a wonderful dinner, they brought us complimentary limoncello shots!
We're here in Marseille for 3 nights only, but even so we might very well come back to Trattoria Marco again to enjoy a second dinner. Thank you for the amazing meal! -

** Pretty mediocre Italian food in my opinion. Noodles were tasty but portions were pretty small and nothing that you couldn't make at home.
I ordered the linguine and clams dish, which was I did enjoy the flavor of, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I just felt like the portion size was way to small, and I felt like it was more of a snack. I guess since clams typically don't have as much meat, and there was no other protein in the dish, it was less filling.
The taste was good for sure, but it was just standard noodles with some oil and parsley, topped off with lemon. The service was also a bit slow, so overall I just felt like the experience was so so. Could be a good place to just hang out at and snack at but if you are particularly hungry maybe this isn't the best option. -

Sorry, but it isn't Italian at all. Unfortunately I know what an Italian coffee is and it wasn't that... As for me, an Italian restaurant can't have so terrible coffee. Probably the fact of the tourists makes the stuff relax in the question of the quality

Excellent restaurant... We started off with a Antipasti with Prosciutto, Buffalo Mozzarella, Arugula salad and Bruschetta and it was great! I had the Veal & Mushroom ravioli and it was delicious, tomato sauce was excellent as well. My buddy had the linguini with muscles and said it was great as well! Dessert definitely caught me off guard as I am not a sweets person, but their fresh strawberry tart was great, nice and tangy but not overly acidic, it was really good.
